Kyra Anderle

(she/her)

Kyra knows that the secret to real change is creating a space for you to show up honestly and openly in your relationship and with yourself. She knows that things don’t get better without being able to name the problem and get curious about what’s underneath it – and once you’ve found the issue, she’s enthusiastically ready to roll up her sleeves and do the hard work of healing right alongside you.

Kyra brings a strong sense of intentionality to her work, and genuinely cares about getting her clients to a place where they can feel proud and accomplished of their journeys. She pays attention to the small moments that can reveal bigger patterns, and works collaboratively with clients to figure out what needs to change. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: every person has inherent worth, and everyone deserves to live the life that they have chosen for themselves.
